Important Information
Please note that extra beds and baby crib are upon availability not included in the reservations and must be requested and confirmed by the hotel prior arrival. Children under 12 years old stay for free when using their parent's bedding, therefore the extra bed is not included for confirmed reservations with a child 12 years of age or under. Extra beds can be provided for an additional fee of EUR 35 per night. A damage deposit of EUR 50 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card on check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In case an advanced payment is required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must match the name of the guest who reserved and must be presented at the time of check-in. - What did you like most?I wanted to take a moment to congratulate you on the atmosphere and overall experience at the hotel. During my recent stay, I could really feel a positive shift , the team was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. It clearly reflects strong and thoughtful (new)management? Wishing to the whole team a wonderful start to the year, full of continued success and great energy.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I would also like to share one small piece of constructive feedback. Given the hotel’s international exposure, I was a little surprised by the limited selection of international TV channels. I was hoping to watch the AFCON, but eventually had to do so on my mobile phone. If subscribing to additional channels is not an option, it could be very helpful to proactively inform guests about alternative solutions, such as TV casting or other viewing possibilities.
