- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel room was freezing and the thermostat didn’t work. There was some kind of event going on so it was very loud in our room from 12-1 am. The room key wouldn’t let us into the pool, so we had to stand in the front lobby in our swim suits waiting to be let into the pool area. When we got in there, the pool was also very cold. I don’t mind a cold pool, I swim outside all summer. But an indoor pool in the winter shouldn’t feel as cold as that.
