- What did you like most?Placement was good
- Was there anything you didn't like?We initially booked a room for two adults and one child. When we arrived, the child’s bed was not prepared, which was disappointing. On top of that, once we unfolded the sofa bed, there was absolutely no space left to move around the room. It became impossible to walk through it comfortably. We also discovered that there was no bedding provided. Because of these issues, we had to move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had a very strange and unpleasant smell. The odor was so strong that it was extremely difficult to sleep. I honestly couldn’t wait for the morning to come so we could leave. Overall, the whole experience felt very odd and uncomfortable. It was not a pleasant stay at all.

- What did you like most?Everything was amazing, the price-quality ratio is exceptional. The staff members were extremely kind and helpful all the time. The room was beautiful and clean, it had comfortable beds, a working heating system, and a TV. The breakfast also didn't disappoint. I was with my friend, and we like to eat a lot of food, we were both very happy to go to the hotel's restaurant every morning. :)
