- What did you like most?Staff are great. Rooms are nice but each one had small issues ( shower rod falling, toilet roll holder falling, windows are filthy {but it is winter}). Clock radios either wrong time or flashing. Nothing important I have and am enjoying the hotel. FYI: above question regarding reason for stay: attending to a loved one at Sunnybrook Hospital. Your special hospital rate is very much appreciated and I will be continuing to utilize this hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff are great across the board. Look and ambiance is very pleasing. Room configuration with balcony is unique and pleasing.
