Worst experience of my life.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Horrible check-in, 1 hour to get in, waiting alone outside in a dark street, their machine is a disaster. Bad customer service. They forced my Door open while in the bathroom. Worst experience of my life.

- What did you like most?The bed, and bathroom were good. Quite spacious apartment.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I never saw a person in the reception. The automation of the check-in is a bit tedious. I prefer doing it with a person
