- What did you like most?Best location very close to JR Shinjuku and Takashimaya. Awesome view from room.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Reserved a taxi. Got to the front desk 10 min early. Waited. The taxi arrives but the front desk failed to inform me. Had to ask again and almost missed the taxi.
