Initial arrival staff behind desk...
- What did you like most?The hotel was close to Fremont Street which was handy. My grandchildren loved the pool.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Most of the staff were not that friendly but there were exceptions the men at the baggage area (bell) were very helpful.
Con expo stay
- What did you like most?Located near lively Fremont street, the only area to stay while in Vegas. $3 PBR and a clean hotel. Room was excellent.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Check in was understaffed. There were 3 people in line at 9 at night and it took 15 min. The 2 in front of me were difficult, but for a large hotel, I would expect more guest services at that time of the night.
